Request categories (future form)
Section titled “Request categories (future form)”Use one of these categories in your subject or body today:

The future form will include: name, email, category, device, app version, description, attachments (screenshots).
Response times and expectations

No phone support in V1.
Privacy (GDPR)
Section titled “Privacy (GDPR)”By contacting us, you agree that Scripvio processes your email, message content, and technical metadata (device, version) only to reply and improve the service.
- No sale of personal data;
- Retention limited to what is needed to handle the request;
- Account deletion: see Account FAQ or dedicated email.
A public privacy policy (stable URL) will complete this for store requirements.
