Where to find what

Where are my drafts (notes and journal)?
Create → Drafts card or list: unpublished notes and journal entries.
Offline counters: Offline — totals only include notes available on this device.
Is the journal in the library?
Yes when published: Library → Journal segment.
Drafts stay in Create, like notes.
What is the difference between a note and a journal entry?

My published note does not appear in the Library

My note is missing from the list (Create or Library)
- Right tab: Create (draft) vs Library (published);
- Clear search;
- Turn off Favorites filter;
- After offline create: wait for sync (
local_…→ server id).
How do I create a new version of an already published note?
From the published note: New version (or equivalent) → opens a single working draft per document.
If a draft already exists: A draft already exists for this note. → Open draft.
What are sections in a note?
Sections split your note (sermon points, subtopics). You can reorder, rename, and add text + references.
Offline: new sections may use local_section_… until sync.
Favorites, title, search
Section titled “Favorites, title, search”How do I favorite a note?
Use the favorite action (Library list or note screen). Filter with the Favorites chip.
My note has no title
That is allowed. Use the Untitled filter in the Library. Add a title while editing for easier search later.
How do I find an old journal entry?
Library → Journal: search, date / mood / tag filters per screen.
Unpublished draft: Create → Drafts.
PDF, share, references
Section titled “PDF, share, references”Can I export a note to PDF?
Yes if:
- note is published;
- no
local_…id; - connection available;
- sync queue empty or you accept Sync before export.
Can I share a note?
Share and PDF depend on published status and network. Drafts are rarely shared as final versions.
Bible references in my note do not show offline
Structured references often need online Bible metadata. Offline: use free text in the section or wait for sync.
Possible journal message: Bible references will be available once the entry is synced…
Can I link a Tracking activity to my journal?
Yes, often after saving Tracking — option to attach to an existing or new journal draft.
Offline: Linking requires an internet connection.

Journal and library (P1)
Section titled “Journal and library (P1)”What are moods and tags in the journal?
When creating or editing a journal entry, you can pick moods (how you felt) and tags (topics). They help you filter and find entries later in Library → Journal.
They do not replace the main text — they organize your personal reflections.
How do filters and sort work in the Library?
In Library → Notes (or Journal):
