I cannot find my note

Short answer: it may still be a draft, not in the Library.

Create → DraftsUnpublished notes (and journal)

Also check Favorites / Untitled filters and wait for sync if you just published offline.

What is the difference between a note and a journal entry?

Bible search does not work

Internet is required for a new search. Offline: only the cached last search on the device.

Banner “No connection” or “Syncing…”

Scripvio’s offline / sync indicator. Your edits stay on the device; upload is automatic when the network returns.

Tracking reminders do not fire
  1. Allow system notifications for Scripvio;
  2. Enable reminders in Tracking (time, days);
  3. On Android: disable aggressive battery optimization for the app.

Account notifications (push/email) are separate from local Tracking reminders.

How do I delete my account?

Profile (via avatar) → Delete account → confirm in the dialog (Delete your account?). Disabled offline.

PDF export fails

Common requirements:

  • note published (not draft only);
  • no temporary local_… id;
  • active connection;
  • if sync queue not empty: Sync before export dialog.
