Find your content

You published notes or journal entries and want to open them again? This guide gives concrete paths based on what you remember. It complements Search and filter (list tools) and Drafts and published (where statuses live).

Switch with the top control (Library: notes or journal). Search text carries over when you switch segments — Clear search if the list looks wrongly empty.


  1. Library → right segment (Notes or Journal).
  2. Default sort is often Updated: newest first — your item should be near the top.
  3. Otherwise pull down to refresh.

Tip: try a title word, speaker, place (notes), or a tag you recall (journal — tags visible when opening an entry).

Search and filter

  1. Library → Notes.
  2. Category icon → Event type → pick service, study, etc.
  3. Optional: add text search.
  1. Library → right segment.
  2. Favorites only chip N (count).
  3. Or look for the star on list cards.

Favorites work on published items in the Library; you can star drafts in Create, but the Library filter is for published only.

  1. Library → Journal.
  2. Sort menu → Entry date (oldest) for calendar order.
  3. Or search a title keyword.

Entry date is the day the entry is about, not necessarily publish day.

  1. Tap the card in the Library list.
  2. NotesRead screen; JournalJournal screen.
  3. Check title, dates, excerpt, Published chip.
  4. Back returns to the same list (search and filters kept).

Does the Library show everything I wrote?
No — published only. Unpublished work lives under Create.

Can I search inside a note section body?
Library search mainly targets title, summary, speaker, and location; for a buried sentence, try a title keyword or recent / date sort.

What does « See all » on Home open?
The Library tab — confirm Notes segment at the top.

Several published versions of one note — which appear?
The Library shows the current published version only.
