Meditation
The Meditation pillar is for noting a meditation time: optional reflection and, if needed, one Bible passage as reference. It most often shows the prompt to attach the activity to journal right after saving.

Where to log meditation?

Frequently asked questions

No. The link is optional and useful when meditation feeds a longer reflection in the journal.
Meditation without a Bible passage?
Yes — reflection only or minimal entry.
Does the banner show on every edit?
Post-save flow targets create without form link, not every edit.
