Meditation

The Meditation pillar is for noting a meditation time: optional reflection and, if needed, one Bible passage as reference. It most often shows the prompt to attach the activity to journal right after saving.

Note a reflection and, if needed, a Bible passage.

Reminders and notifications

Must I always link to journal?
No. The link is optional and useful when meditation feeds a longer reflection in the journal.

Meditation without a Bible passage?
Yes — reflection only or minimal entry.

Does the banner show on every edit?
Post-save flow targets create without form link, not every edit.
